In this session, you will meet Kira from the HR Talent Acquisition Team, who will share what it is like to work at Beiersdorf and explain the structure of the BEYOND BORDERS program, as well as the recruiting process for becoming a trainee. Additionally, we will focus on our Digital & IT Trainee track, for which we will recruit in April & May with starting date September 2025. You will also hear from our current Digital & IT Trainee Thomas, who will share insights from his trainee journey at Beiersdorf.
